Every single person I spoke with at Vero Mortgage was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I cannot recommend them enough. They saved me from a nightmare experience with Navy Fed. Veterans if you are wanting to access your VA loan and want to have the luxury of access to your agents without waiting on hold for 30min to 1hr only to find out the agent isn’t available then look no further than Vero. This team knows their stuff. They will take care of you and they won’t give you the runaround. Thanks again you guys for getting it done and being human.

They have informed me that they continue to monitor the market to provide the option to lower the interest rate when the time comes.
